Responsibilities Manage Benefits operations and administrations for Duopharma Biotech Group of Companies (Group level). Assist in managing Compensation & Benefit, as well as Rewards strategy for overall operations for Duopharma Biotech Group of Companies (Group level). Responsible for overall Benefit operations and administration for Group level. Responsible for overall benefit issues, responds to questions regarding benefit, conveying benefit information to employees and update them on any changes Assist in managing Medical Benefits, as well as maintaining good relationship and liaison with vendor (Takaful, PMCare, etc.). Assist in managing Compensation & Benefit, as well as Rewards strategy, i.e. participate in compensation survey, to plan and direct implementation benefits strategy across company. Responsible in issuance of Approval Letter related with Employees Benefit, i.e CLIS Letter, Maternity Leave Letter, Education Assistance Scheme, Employer Verification Letter, etc. Responsible to ensure Top Management Employees to undergo Medical Requirement process for Insurance Coverage, as well as maintaining good relationship and liaison with vendor (Takaful, AAN, panel clinics, etc.) Assist in managing and administering employees' rewards and benefits are aligned with market, to plan and direct implementation benefits strategy across company. Conduct market research and analyze on compensation and benefits to drive business goals, besides assess employees needs by conducting surveys. Ensure that compensation practices are in compliance with current laws and regulations. Qualifications Bachelor of Social Science, Human Resource Management or similar field of study. Minimum of 5 years experience in Human Resource specializing in Compensation & Benefits. Knowledge of compensation & benefits concepts, principles and practices including administration and compensation flexibilities. Expert knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point also ability to adapt new software programs quickly. The ability to keep functioning effectively when under pressure and maintain self-control in the face of hostility or provocation.
