- Diploma / Degree in Audio Engineering, Sound Design, or a related field.
- Proficiency in using Digital Audio Workstations (DAWs) such as Pro Tools and Logic Pro X.
- Solid understanding of audio engineering principles, including microphone techniques, acoustics, sound editing, and mixing.
- Familiarity with sound design and mastering processes.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve audio-visual equipment issues effectively.
- Excellent communication skills in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin to interact with diverse teams and clients.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; entry-level position with opportunities for growth.
- Set up, operate, and maintain audio and visual equipment for meetings, conferences, presentations, and other events.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to audio and visual systems promptly and efficiently.
- Install, configure, and test new audio and visual equipment, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.
- Provide technical support and training to staff on the proper use of audio and visual equipment.
- Manage and maintain an inventory of audio and visual equipment, ensuring proper storage and organization.
- Collaborate with event organizers and stakeholders to determine audio and visual requirements and provide technical recommendations.
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on audio and visual equipment to ensure optimal performance and longevity.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in audio and visual technology and recommend upgrades or improvements to existing systems.
