Located : Kota Damansara, Petaling JayaResponsibilities:Conceptualize and develop innovative architectural designs aligned with client needs and project requirements.Prepare design presentations, including 3D visuals, renderings, and mood boards.Conduct feasibility studies and site analyses to inform design strategies.Collaborate with internal teams, including project architects and interior designers, to ensure seamless integration of design concepts.Ensure compliance with local building codes, regulations, and sustainability practices.Regularly update clients on design progress and incorporate feedback into revisions.Requirements:Minimum 3 years of professional experience in architectural design.Highly creative with a strong sense of design and aesthetics.Exceptional visual communication skills, including proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Rhino, Revit, or similar.Strong understanding of materials, finishes, and construction techniques.Attention to detail and the ability to produce high-quality design deliverables under tight deadlines.Must be Mandarin speaking.Passionate about design trends and innovation.Strong portfolio showcasing diverse and exceptional design work.Joined 5 years agoHR ConsultingRM6,000 / mo.
