Role and Responsibilities: Collaborate with stakeholders to understand project requirements and objectives. Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for web and mobile applications. Optimise conversion rates through intuitive UX-UI. Create visually stunning digital designs for various platforms and channels. Conduct user research and testing to gather insights for informed design decisions. Stay abreast of industry trends and incorporate innovative design concepts into projects. Collaborate with developers to ensure seamless implementation of designs. Stay ahead of the game with blockchain associated design trends and industry best practices. Qualifications and Requirements: Fluent in the UX Process and demonstrates a strong understand of UX best practices such as mobile-first and responsive design. Translate concepts into user flows, wireframes, mock-ups, and prototypes that result in intuitive user experiences. Proficient in visual design demonstrating a strong understanding of typography, colours, hierarchy, font usage and graphical elements. Demonstrates core practices of brand design: Logo design, typography & visual elements. Expands their brand capability such as 3D design, iconography, animation etc. Proficient in all mediums of design including branding, advertising, online and print. Ability to communicate design concepts effectively and take constructive feedback. Up-to-date knowledge of design trends and emerging technologies.
