Job Responsibility Manage daily operation online store and marketplace (MY, SG, TH) Handle Customer Enquiry Email, Call, Chats & Complaint Handle Data Entry for the Online Store & Marketplace (MY, SG, TH) Handle ERP System & Online Store Back-end System for the ordering Liaise with store & warehouse on delivery arrangement for customer orders Handle Campaign/Event Posting Social Media Page & Youtube (MY, SG, TH) Handle All type of Google tools (MY, SG, TH) Know Vlookup Excel, Canva, Adobe Photoshop is the plus Report to the superior daily job task progress Job Requirements Diploma or Degree in any field.
