Job Responsibility Experience in consolidating and tracking risk/issue registers, best practices, lesson learnt documents etc Knowledge of project tracking tools like Mantis, Jira or equivalent bug tracking system to ensure the issue is keep track and updated. Regularly distribute information to project team members, PMO staff members and other stakeholders (including client) in the workplace who are or will be affected by the projects. Effective tracking and communication of project status and reporting. Support the creation and improvement of processes, procedures, and tools. Maintain processes to ensure project management documentation, reports and plans are relevant, accurate and complete. Coordinate and attend in any meeting, discussion internal and external to capture the matter discussed. Support knowledge and best practices management Documenting and following up on important actions and decisions from meetings. Preparing necessary presentation materials for meetings. Assess project risks and issues and provide solutions where applicable. Providing administrative support as needed. Undertaking project tasks as required. Ensure stakeholder views are managed towards the best solution. Work with senior PMO executives to establish a good governance structure. Job Requirements Able to work independently, collaborate with internal and external teams including project stakeholders. Education: Bachelor's degree in IT, business or related field of study Highly proficient IT skills in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and MS project Experience: Minimum 2 years Good in data analysis and inferencing Ability to work on tight deadlines.
