• Manage the company's financial operations, encompassing budgeting, forecasting, and the preparation of financial reports.
• Direct the accounting team to ensure financial transactions and records are accurate and produced on time.
• Work closely with the leadership team to formulate financial strategies that align with the company's ambitions.

• A bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related area, with a preference for an MBA or CPA certification.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in finance or accounting, including a minimum of 1 year in a leadership role.
• Deep understanding of financial concepts, procedures, and regulations.
