Sales Operations Assistant

• Diploma or higher in Business Administration, Sales, Logistics, or a related field.
• 2-3 years' experience in sales support, customer service, or supply chain coordination, preferably in GWP, FMCG, or trading industries.

• Good command of Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia in speaking and written. (Mandarin is a plus).
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and basic inventory or accounting systems.
• Strong attention to detail, able to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Good interpersonal skills and a team-player mindset.
• Familiarity with sales and logistics processes (quotation, invoice, shipment tracking, etc.).

• Willing to work in a fast-paced and detail-oriented environment.
• Able to support cross-functional departments and take initiative on assigned tasks.

• Support sales team in preparing quotations, proposals, presentations, and sales documents.
• Handle order processing, purchase orders, and invoicing in coordination with Finance & Operations teams.
• Maintain accurate records of sales data, client information, and project timelines.
• Liaise with suppliers, factories, and logistics partners to ensure smooth order fulfillment and timely delivery.
• Track inventory, sample requests, and product availability for client projects.
• Provide administrative support including scheduling client meetings, follow-ups, and internal reporting.
• Assist in analyzing sales performance reports and KPI tracking for management review.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, client requirements, and project deadlines.
• Coordinate with design/marketing teams for client pitches and campaign support.
