Your Role: As a dedicated account manager, you will be responsible for building relationships with entrepreneurs, assessing their challenges and supporting their growth. This includes servicing and managing multiple accounts, interacting with entrepreneurs, executives and mentors, and providing value for all engaged stakeholders. Your Core Responsibilities: i) Existing Portfolio of Entrepreneurs Build relationships with the entrepreneurs, assess their challenges and create and deliver a roadmap to support their growth Managing and supporting a portfolio of entrepreneurs to ensure they have access to the resources they need for growth (global network, peer-to-peer community and demand-driven services), based on challenges and priorities either from a local or global level. ii) Pipeline Entrepreneurs Screening the startup environment for high-potential entrepreneurs that fulfil Endeavor's selection criteria and profile of potential Endeavor Entrepreneurs (scale-up companies with high growth potential). Supporting pipeline candidate companies throughout the selection processes (Local and International Selection Panels) to officially be part of the network, including mentor research and outreach, drafting communications, meeting coordination, detailed note-taking and subsequent follow-ups. iii) Team Support Supporting the local, regional and global team in any activities related to the successful running of Endeavor's programs and events. Lead or assist in projects targeted at building entrepreneur-first experiences (roundtables, networking sessions, onboarding new mentors etc.) What We're Looking For: A Bachelor's degree with 1-5 years of relevant experience , ideally in business development, relationship management, corporate development, key account management, or as an analyst. Strong business acumen - able to quickly understand business models, performance metrics, and key challenges across various industries. A deep curiosity and eagerness to learn about the entrepreneurial ecosystem and how businesses scale across different verticals and models. Excellent communication skills , both written and verbal, in English and preferably one or more Malaysian vernacular languages (e.g., Malay, Mandarin, Tamil). Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills , with the ability to build trusted relationships and drive community engagement with Endeavor Entrepreneurs and partners. A collaborative team player who is also comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, high-performance environment. Digitally savvy - proficient in Google Suite or Microsoft Office; bonus if familiar with Salesforce, Slack, or similar tools. Highly organized with strong attention to detail, capable of managing admin support and project coordination seamlessly. Willing to travel for events, meetings, or ecosystem engagements when needed.
