Design and integrate software and hardware to achieve automated DC and RF test solutions, in high volume test environment.
Design and develop applications on various test platforms
Participate in cross-functional teams to support engineering test projects
Document test system and software designs
Create test plans, procedures, and reports
Support design verification testing
Test program buyoff activities in lab & basic fail mode analysis.

REQUIREMENTS:

Minimum 5 years experience in semiconductor manufacturing and test product development.
Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Computer Science or Electrical Engineering or Electronic Engineering.
Software development and debug experience, plus to have experience on ATE Teradyne and LTX platform.
Familiar with C/C++/Visual Basic VBA.
Experience in test equipment including RF sources, pulse generators, spectrum analyzers, oscilloscopes, vector network analyzers, power meters, power supplies, and digital multi-meters
Knowledgeable in RF Test including s-parameters, noise figure, power, pulsed power, TOI, and harmonics.
Knowledgeable in GPIB, IEEE 488.2, I2C communications
Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office Suite
Excellent written, oral, and interpersonal skills
Operate independently with minimal supervision
