- Lead and coordinate lean-waste identification program, managing a team to propose improvements and optimize production efficiency.
- Utilize strong leadership skills and in-depth knowledge of production strategies to drive successful process improvement initiatives, collaborating cross-functionally to achieve organizational goals.
- Spearheading and organizing the lean-waste identification program for the plant by identifying waste and proposing substantial enhancements to area owners and management.
- Supervising and managing a team of Engineers & Technicians, providing guidance, training, and assistance to improve performance and attain organizational goals.
- Carrying out time study analyses to identify bottlenecks and develop strategies for improving processes and streamlining production.
- Formulating and implementing production layout strategies to improve resource utilization, minimize waste, and ensure seamless workflow.
- Engaging in collaboration across departments to boost performance, tackle obstacles, and introduce procedural modifications.
- Demonstrated proficiency in strong leadership, effectively leading and inspiring cross-functional teams.
- Comprehensive understanding of production layout strategies, capacity planning, and time-study analysis.
- Robust organizational and project management skills, capable of managing multiple priorities and meeting deadlines.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities, evidenced by a history of successful process improvement initiatives.
- Possession of a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Industrial Engineering, Process Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience and education.
- A minimum of 10 years' experience in industrial management.
