- Ensure all recertification sales proposal are prepared and quoted in a timely manner. This is inclusive but does not limited to ISO Scheme, forestry, biofuel and/or Foreign Accreditation medical devices job.
- To support and ensure renewal audit is carried out minimum 2 months/60 days before the expiry date to allow necessary audit planning, audit execution and re-certification audit decision is carried out in a smooth and orderly manner.
- To provide support to CERTIQ user (report checking and certificate's approval status) at each function and level in ensuring BA certification audit programme right from Sales & Marketing (receiving leads) up to issuance of certificate including surveillance and renewal certification cycle process are in orderly manner.
- Communicate to the planning section on the KPI status and liaising with the customer directly as well as feedback for continual improvement.
- Adherence to SGS Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) Policy by uphold a good safety behavior and exercising necessary standard and process when carry out your responsibilities at all times to ensure compliance to the HSE requirements.
- Perform any other responsibilities as assigned by your reporting manager and/or Senior Management
- Diploma/bachelor's degree in any field from recognized university/college.
- Minimum 2-3 years' experience in office administration environment, preferably in proposal generation or dealing with statutory body/regulators.
