This ensures smooth and effective interaction across regions, making it a key requirement for this role. ???? Job Description Lead and execute assigned audit engagements from start to finish. Identify and communicate issues, providing practical, risk-relevant solutions. Ensure audit conclusions are backed by a full understanding of the process and risk context. Develop audit programs and testing procedures aligned with Responsible Business Alliance (RBA) objectives. Document findings in detailed reports, highlighting non-compliance areas and recommending corrective actions. Conduct follow-up audits to track management's corrective measures. Perform other related duties as required. Requirements Degree in Accountancy or equivalent. Minimum 5 years of internal audit experience. Prior experience in the manufacturing industry is a strong advantage. Familiarity with RBA audit standards is highly desirable. Proficient in English, Mandarin, and Malay (Mandarin is mandatory). Able to thrive in a fast-paced, challenging environment. Capable of working independently and collaboratively. Assertive, proactive, and a team player. Willing to travel as needed. ????
