- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, customers and farmers in the agriculture value chain.
- Identify new business opportunities and assist in expanding market coverage.
- Execute marketing campaigns, product launches, and promotional activities in collaboration with the Commercial Manager.2. Technical Responsibilities:- Provide technical guidance and support to farmers, including product recommendations, crop advisory, and demonstration plots.
- Conduct field visits to monitor product performance and gather feedback.
- Deliver product training and technical presentations to dealers, growers, and internal teams.
- Assist in addressing product complaints or performance issues through field trials or investigations.3. Reporting & Administration:- Prepare weekly and monthly customer feedback reports, field activity updates, and market intelligence summaries.
- Monitor competitor activity and report on market trends.
- Maintain proper documentation related to demos, trials, events, and promotional activities.About You
- Diploma/bachelor's degree in agriculture, Agronomy, Crop Science, or a related field.
- 1 - 3 years (fresh graduates with strong agricultural knowledge may also be considered).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Technical knowledge of crop protection and plant nutrition
- Good presentation and problem-solving abilities
- Willingness to travel frequently within the assigned territory
- Familiarity with local crops, pests, diseases, and farming practice
- Familiarity with Paddy, Oil Palm, Durian and other cash crops
- Fluency in local languages/dialects
