  • Strong knowledge of basic accounting principles and bookkeeping practices
  • Familiar with accounting software (e.g. SQL, AutoCount, QuickBooks, or similar)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Good communication skills in English (Mandarin/Malay is a plus)
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to multi-task and manage deadlines effectively
Tanggungjawab
  • Handle daily administrative tasks including documentation, filing, and office coordination
  • Manage accounts receivable/payable, data entry, invoicing, and payment processing
  • Assist in monthly financial reports and reconciliations
  • Coordinate with external vendors, auditors, and internal departments
  • Maintain proper records and ensure compliance with company policies
