We are proudly part of Japan Post —Position Title: Quality Assurance Analyst (Entry Level)Division / Function: Operations / Freight Costing / FinanceLocation: PenangPURPOSE OF THE JOBThis role supports the Quality Assurance (QA) and reporting functions by conducting audit checks and processing operational data from CW1 and other systems. The position is ideal for fresh graduates with strong Excel skills and a keen interest in data, operations, and continuous improvement. The successful candidate will work closely with both the GF and GL teams to support various audit processes, reporting, and ensure data accuracy.PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Conduct regular quality control audits of agent interactions, identifying errors and areas for improvement.
Provide consistent, constructive coaching to agents, focusing on specific error patterns and best practices.
Analyze agent performance data to identify trends and areas of weakness.
Develop and deliver targeted training sessions for low-performing agents, focusing on practical skills and knowledge.
Analyze operational processes and identify opportunities for improvement, providing actionable suggestions to the team.
Generate accurate and timely quality reports, presenting data in a clear and concise manner.
Utilize and maintain excel spreadsheets for reporting and data analysis.
Recognize that this role includes repetitive tasks such as audits and reporting, requiring a consistent and thorough approach.

Previous Work Experience & Qualifications

Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in any field (Fresh graduates encouraged to apply).
Mandatory proficiency in Microsoft Excel (PivotTables, SUM, VLOOKUP).
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling repetitive tasks.
Positive attitude with a strong willingness to learn and grow.
Able to communicate effectively and work both independently and in teams.
Open to candidates from any industry background.
Language Proficiency: Proficient in spoken and written English.
