Position Summary We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Developer with expertise in Robotic Process Automation (RPA) and Workload Automation (WLA) tools such as Blue Prism, UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Zena, Zenith, or DDRPA . The candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and optimizing automation solutions that streamline business processes and enhance operational efficiency. This role also involves mentoring junior developers, collaborating with stakeholders, and driving continuous innovation in automation technologies. Key Responsibilities 1. Design and Development of Automation Solutions Identify business processes suitable for automation and collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements. Develop, configure, and deploy automation workflows using Blue Prism, UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Zena, Zenith, or other WLA/RPA platforms . Design scalable, reusable automation frameworks and templates. 2. Testing and Debugging Perform unit testing, integration testing, and end-to-end testing of automation workflows. Debug and resolve issues to ensure smooth functioning of automation solutions. 3. Maintenance and Optimization Monitor existing automation systems for performance, reliability, and improvement opportunities. Update or optimize automated processes to adapt to evolving business needs or technologies. Address and resolve issues reported by users or detected during monitoring. 4. Collaboration with Teams Work closely with business analysts, process owners, and stakeholders to understand process requirements. Partner with IT and development teams to integrate automation solutions with enterprise systems. 5. Documentation and Training Document automation workflows, configurations, and troubleshooting steps. Provide training and support to end-users on automated processes. 6. Adherence to Best Practices and Standards Apply best practices in error handling, logging, and exception management. Ensure compliance with organizational policies, data security standards, and regulatory requirements. 7. Innovation and Continuous Improvement Research and recommend new automation tools and technologies. Stay updated on trends in automation, AI, and ML to drive innovation. 8. Monitoring and Analytics Implement monitoring mechanisms to track the performance and impact of automation. Generate reports and insights to measure efficiency and ROI of automation efforts. 9. Low-Code/No-Code Platform Support (if applicable) Develop and maintain low-code/no-code applications for faster automation deployment. Customize platforms to address unique business challenges. Technical Skills Proficiency in RPA/WLA platforms such as Zena, DDRPA, Blue Prism, UiPath, Automation Anywhere . Strong programming/scripting skills ( Python, Java, C#, JavaScript ). Expertise in designing, building, and optimizing scalable automation frameworks. Proficiency in integrating automation with enterprise systems (ESB, iSeries, Databases, APIs). Experience in process optimization for reliability, speed, and efficiency. Advanced knowledge of Git and experience with CI/CD pipelines for automation deployment. Strong understanding of data transformation, processing, and analytics .
