OFI FIT Trainee, Production - Dairy Location: Malaysia, Johor Bahru, Gelang Patah Start Date: 2026 Jan / Jul Function: Production - Dairy About the Program Join our dynamic 12-month Management Trainee Program under Ofi Future Impact Talent Program (ofi FIT) designed to develop future leaders in the food manufacturing industry. This immersive experience offers a unique opportunity to rotate across key operation functions - within our state-of-the-art manufacturing plant. You'll gain hands-on exposure to the end-to-end dairy value chain, supported by dedicated operation mentors and guided by real-world projects that drive impact. What You'll Do Learn end-to-end production processes and daily operations Assist in implementing lean manufacturing and Kaizen initiatives Analyse production data, downtime, and suggest improvements Participate in shift supervision and coordination Support initiatives aligned with ofi' s "Choices for Change" -focused on improving operational sustainability and reducing waste Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure food safety, product quality, and continuous improvement consistent with global dairy practices Who We're Looking For Bachelor's Industrial Engineering Manufacturing Engineering Chemical Engineering Mechanical Engineering or related field Strong analytical skills, willingness to work on the shop floor Leadership potential and adaptability Eagerness to learn within a global, purpose-driven culture that values curiosity and operational excellence What You'll Gain Deep understanding of product manufacturing process Exposure to strategic decision-making and cross-functional collaboration Professional development through mentorship and leadership engagement A potential pathway to a confirmed full-time role within the organization More about ofi's Dairy Business : Dairy products have long been a nutritious part of diets worldwide. We keep dairy moving around the world with our supply chain expertise and on-the-ground capabilities. Our dairy supply chain and operations span 25 countries across 6 continents, with an estimated 300,000 cows producing the milk needed for our ingredients. Most of our dairy ingredients are sourced from a portfolio of manufacturers and suppliers across North America, South America, Europe, and Oceania. ofi's first dairy production facility is in Johor, producing filled milk powder and blended dairy ingredients. Our Malaysia plant is also the heart of dairy innovation, developing customized dairy solutions for fast-growing markets in Asia, the Middle East and Africa. ofi's second dairy production facility is in Tokoroa, close to hundreds of quality dairy farms in the Waikato region - the heartland of New Zealand's dairy industry. Today, we partner with more than 100 dairy farmers who supply raw milk to our plant.
