- Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role. Fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply.
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
- Proficient in SAP B1 accounting software and Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
- Good communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English. Proficiency in Mandarin is an added advantage.
- Perform daily accounting tasks including data entry, ledger postings, and transaction processing.
- Manage and record accounts payable and accounts receivable accurately and on time.
- Prepare, issue, and track invoices, receipts, and payments.
- Reconcile bank statements and company accounts regularly to ensure accuracy.
- Support month-end and year-end closing procedures, including proper documentation and filing.
- Maintain accurate, organized, and up-to-date financial records and documentation.
- Assist in the preparation of financial reports and statements.
- Ensure compliance with internal company policies and relevant accounting standards.
