Our clients ship their goods from overseas (mainly China) to our warehouse in Malaysia, and we manage the full backend process - including storage, shelving, order processing, packing, and fulfillment for platforms like TikTok, Lazada, and Shopee.We aim to provide our clients with professional, efficient, and reliable warehousing and supply chain services to support their e-commerce business growth in Southeast Asia.Who We Are Looking For:
  • Possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Degree, or higher in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, or related fields;
  • Experienced professionals in supply chain, warehousing, or cross-border logistics, who understand e-commerce fulfillment processes and can operate effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Minimum 1 year of working experience in supply chain, warehouse operations, or e-commerce logistics;
  • Fluent in Mandarin (spoken and written) is a strict requirement. Candidates who do not speak Mandarin fluently will not be considered;
  • Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia;
  • Prior experience handling TikTok, Lazada, Shopee orders or similar e-commerce fulfillment tasks is an advantage;
  • Familiar with Microsoft Office; experience using WMS (Warehouse Management System) or OMS (Order Management System) is a plus;
  • Positive attitude, responsible, and adaptable to dynamic environments;
  • Strong problem-solving and coordination skills;
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks;
  • Good teamwork and communication skills;
Tanggungjawab
  • Oversee daily warehouse operations including inbound receiving, stock shelving, inventory tracking, order picking, packing, and outbound shipment;
  • Ensure accurate and timely fulfillment of orders for e-commerce platforms;
  • Coordinate with internal teams and clients to meet order deadlines and special requests;
  • Maintain and update stock records in the system, ensuring accuracy between physical and system inventory;
  • Handle product receiving, stock adjustments, and shipment arrangements;
  • Assist in process improvements to increase operational efficiency and accuracy;
  • Generate basic reports on stock movement, order processing, and daily operations;
  • Support the team leader or manager in planning, reporting, and team performance management.
