Vision Software Engineer/Specialist

• Designing vision software and hardware components such as optics, cameras, lenses, and lighting for the SRM automated high-speed ICs chips test handlers (equipment)
• Exploring vision technology solutions through research and acquiring the necessary hardware and software libraries.
• Taking charge of vision projects, setting up project schedules, and crafting detailed plans to guide the project's progress.
• Manage and conduct vision evaluation, characterization, and investigation for customer samples and requests.
• Assist the production team with troubleshooting and resolving vision-related machine build issues.
• Provide customer support for software-related inquiries and issues.
• Take on any other tasks or responsibilities assigned by the client promptly and ensure they are completed and concluded in a timely manner.

• Degree/Master in Computer/Electrical/Electronic/Computer Engineering or equivalent.
• At least 5 to 10 years in machine vision inspection especially in IC chips in area of Marks, Pad 4S, Pad 5S, 3D Leads, BGA, 3D Profiler Scan, and Micro cracks will be an added advantage.
• Candidates with higher experience can be considered for Senior positions.
• Strong in VB, C++ or C#. Net programming.
• Possess strong analytical and problem solving skills.
• Proficiency in multilingual language is preferred.
• Willing to travel
