- Overall assist all financial activities of the company, ie. financial statement, treasury functions, cash flow management etc including:-
- Daily accounting operations, ie. payments & collections, staff claims & commission.
- Monthly closing, ie. accounts payable, receivable & bank reconciliation; balance sheet & expenses analysis schedule.
- Inventory control & costing
- Assist superior in finalization of monthly management accounts for review, analysis and evaluation.
- Assist superior in coordinating year-end audit and liaise with external auditors, tax agent relating to the preparation of final account and tax matters.
- Ensure proper maintenance of documentation and filing to support all accounting entries.
- Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
