Your Future, Fuelled by Innovation To lead and manage the Quality Assurance department to ensure full compliance with regulatory, customer, and internal quality standards. This includes maintaining ISO 17025 accreditation, overseeing product and process quality, supporting new product development, handling customer complaints, conducting internal quality training, and aligning QA activities with operational and business goals How you will help us grow 1. Quality Management & Compliance Ensure the QA function operates in full compliance with ISO 17025 and other relevant standards. Lead internal and external audits; manage the timely closure of non-conformances and implementation of corrective actions. Develop, review, and maintain SOPs, work instructions, and quality-related documentation to ensure consistency and traceability. Monitor and enforce adherence to regulatory, customer, and in-house quality requirements. 2. Leadership & Team Management Provide clear direction, supervision, and support to the QA team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and ownership. Conduct regular performance evaluations and identify training needs to develop team capability. 3. Laboratory Oversight Supervise the laboratory team to ensure accurate, timely, and reliable analysis and reporting. Ensure all equipment is calibrated and maintained per ISO 17025 requirements. Oversee documentation, data integrity, and compliance for laboratory operations. 4. Customer Complaint Handling Lead investigations into customer complaints related to quality issues. Implement root cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions (CAPA) to prevent recurrence. 5. Production Quality Control Monitor and validate production and packing processes to ensure compliance with quality standards. Coordinate with production teams on in-process checks, visual inspections, and finished goods verification. 6. New Product Development Support Participate in non-routine job requests related to new product development (NPD), including product trials, process validation, and risk assessments. Provide QA inputs during formulation, pilot runs, and scale-up phases. 7. In-House Quality Training Develop and deliver in-house training programs on quality systems, SOPs, good documentation practices, and product quality requirements. Ensure operational staff are adequately trained and competent in quality and compliance standards. Maintain training records and regularly assess effectiveness. 8. Continuous Improvement & Reporting Analyze quality data and identify trends for improvement opportunities. Lead or support quality improvement projects. Provide regular QA performance reports to management and recommend improvement initiatives. Education : Bachelor's degree in science, Chemistry or a related technical discipline. Experience : Minimum 5 years of QA experience, preferably in chemistry manufacturing environments. Hands-on experience in managing ISO 17025 accredited laboratories. Strong knowledge of quality management systems. Experience in leading audits and managing customer complaints.
