In-depth understanding and follow clean room regulation. Expect to guide Manufacturing Operator on clean room protocol as well as enforcer
Drive business unit team to meet better OEE
Drive business unit team to comply with Polish RAS and handling protocol
Drive business unit team to comply with all SOP
Lead the business unit team in minor stoppages troubleshooting
Supervising on load/unload and triggering on equipment issue, able to provide solutions and suggestions to Shift Leader to improve machine output.
Able to detect abnormality on disk integrity or mixing and feedback to Shift Leader
Able to use MESA for manual binning and tracking lot history
Support production MO to ensure all machine operatable and producing output

QualificationsEducational, Certifications & Licenses Required:

Diploma in any engineering field

Skill Required :

Leadership
Moderate in Microsoft Office
Time management
Teamwork
Excellent English communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.
Able to work independently and in a team environment.
Knowledge on detail process flow. Able to run system with different processes.
Besides basic safety knowledge, able to guide operator or technician on safety as well as taking action during emergency.
Expect to take care of housekeeping of assigned area.
Handle manpower - inspire trust and teamwork
Stand in for Line leader
Be trainer/buddy for Senior Manufacturing Operator / new MT
