Responsibilities: Leading a Commercial Team to support company business for commercial functions (including Pre and Post Contract Administration; Contractual risk management; Collections; Dispute Resolution etc.); Reviewing commercial terms & conditions of client's contract and support to sales team in minimizing the commercial risk for the business in-take; Conduct internal costs reviews for large orders to ensure that the project is executed according to project time line & costs incurred are within or below plan costs, which includes reviews with Project teams; Closely monitor on the financial performance of the projects and prepare and pursue with extension of time and/or monetary claims whenever is necessary; Monitor progress claim and valuation of variations, negotiate with client and settle on the final account; Ensure timely billing to maintain positive cash-flow for the projects; Support the tender review and execution of contract documentation process; Ensures compliance to internal controls & integrity of data; Implement processes to improve Service levels & Clients' (Internal & External) satisfaction whilst still satisfying the company's guidelines & policies; Drive collection strategies to support Net Working Capital improvement (AR, BDA etc.) and coordinate recovery actions with legal counsel. Eligibility Requirements for the position: Experience in Commercial Terms and Conditions review and familiar with local standard form of contracts; Ability to be personable and tenacious; High level of professional integrity is required; Degree in Quantity Surveying/Legal Studies and/or relevant Engineering discipline and at least 10 years of experience with contract management, and financial analysis role, with at least 5 years in the capacity of manager and leading a team; Strong problem solving, risk and opportunity management skills; Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, namely Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
