- Coordinate ERP financial module related implementation
- Drive ERP financial module's functionalities introduction, implementation and training
- Review current ERP process for improvement
- ERP authority settings according to Board's mandate
- Prepare and document ERP process workflow policy and procedure
- Coordinate system testing for financial module
- Trouble shooting ERP issue from time to time related to Financial Reporting
- Coordinate inter-department interaction in IFS initiatives as and when necessary for better integration result
- Support financial information dissemination effort to transaction owner
- Working closely with outsource IFS consultant to ensure continue smooth operation of ERP
- Degree in accounting or professional qualification.
- Min 7 years of working experience in finance and accounting, experience in ERP process improvement is a MUST
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
