The Process Improvement Manager will look into the ERP system of the business and help to streamline their current processes to increase efficiency in reporting.

Coordinate ERP financial module related implementation
Drive ERP financial module's functionalities introduction, implementation and training
Review current ERP process for improvement
ERP authority settings according to Board's mandate
Prepare and document ERP process workflow policy and procedure
Coordinate system testing for financial module
Trouble shooting ERP issue from time to time related to Financial Reporting
Coordinate inter-department interaction in IFS initiatives as and when necessary for better integration result
Support financial information dissemination effort to transaction owner
Working closely with outsource IFS consultant to ensure continue smooth operation of ERP

Degree in accounting or professional qualification.
Min 7 years of working experience in finance and accounting, experience in ERP process improvement is a MUST
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
