We are an Executive Search Company dedicated to connecting top-tier talent with organizations ranging from Startups to SMEs, MNCs, and PLCs across a diverse set of industries, including Services, Manufacturing, Engineering and IT. As a Freelance Business Development Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in driving new client acquisition for our recruitment services. This commission-based position (no base salary) offers you the opportunity to earn based solely on the business you generate. The role comes with a flexible work arrangement, and the partnership can either be short-term or ongoing, contingent on performance. Key Responsibilities New Business Generation: Identify and engage potential clients (HR/Recruitment Managers, C-Level Executives, HODs, Hiring Managers) from various sectors to establish and expand new business relationships in the recruitment space. Market Research: Keep up to date with market trends, client needs, and competitor activities to position our services effectively. Pipeline Development: Build and nurture a steady pipeline of prospects using online platforms, referrals, networking events, and personal connections. Negotiation & Deal Closing: Manage the negotiation of contracts, pricing, and terms. Close deals efficiently to secure business. Client Relationship Management: Cultivate long-term relationships with clients, identify opportunities for upselling, and ensure client satisfaction. Other Tasks: Perform other duties as agreed upon in collaboration with the company. Key Requirements Proven experience in Business Development or Corporate Sales, ideally with a focus on corporate clients. Background in recruitment or a related industry (consulting/services) is preferred. Retirees or full-time housewives with previous solid business development or corporate sales experience are welcome to apply. A strong, results-driven attitude, with a knack for cold calling, leveraging social media (LinkedIn, etc.), networking, and referrals. Highly motivated, capable of effectively engaging with corporate decision-makers, and resilient in handling rejection. Fluent in English, with additional language skills being an advantage.
