Community Marketing Executive

• Have excellent written and spoken English skills
• Be well structured in their approach to work
• Be diligent in following up - experience with Salesforce or other RM software a distinct advantage
• Computer literate especially in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Experience with SharePoint would be a distinct advantage.
• A marketing or communications degree from Swinburne or Curtin University would be a distinct advantage

• Respond promptly to community enquiries through LinkedIn, Facebook, X, LiveChat, etc
• Keep database of existing clients updated, following up directly where required
• Coordinate with graphics design team on social media posts for our platforms in the Intellectual Property, accounting and marketing space

• Exposure to B2B clients and professional customers - experience dealing with clients in the financial services, technology, logistics, pharmaceutical and oil and gas sectors a distinct advantage
• Visit HQ in Singapore and KL at least twice a year
