Together, we're the next BIG thing in data.Job DescriptionESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Interpret data, analyze results using statistical techniques and provide ongoing reports.
Plan, develop, upskilling training sessions to Direct Labor employees.
Develop criteria to evaluate the effectiveness of training activities.
Compile and publish training metrics.
Identify potential quality problems, compliance gaps, and possible process. efficiency improvements to production management.
Participate in SGA / Kaizen activities.
Producing dashboards, including graphs, tables, and other visualizations.
Creating presentation decks using PowerPoint (or similar) and able to present.
Providing written reports of your findings.

Able to operate training system.

QualificationsREQUIRED:

Diploma in business administration, commerce, management or equivalent.
Minimum 3 years of working experience in manufacturing environment.
Result oriented with strong sense of urgency and commitment.
Basic computer skills, including Windows and Microsoft excel.
Self-starter and quick learner.
Excellent clarity when handling small parts.
Proficient in reading, writing, and speaking English.
Candidates must be flexible to work a 12 hour AWS Shift and overtime, as required by the team.
