Position Overview:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and organized intern to join our team and assist in organizing an employee sports event. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in event planning, coordination, and execution, fostering a fun and engaging environment for our employees.Key Responsibilities:
- Communication Management: Monitor and manage all communications related to the sports event, including registrations and activity updates.
- Liaison: Coordinate with event organizers and food vendors to ensure seamless execution of the event.
- Encouragement: Actively encourage and promote employee participation in various sports activities.
- Activity Coordination: Ensure all planned activities are executed according to the schedule and plan.
- T-shirt Distribution: Manage the distribution of sports t-shirts to participants.
- Support: Provide on-ground support during the event to address any issues or requirements.
Organizational Skills: Strong ability to manage multiple tasks and stay well-organized.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
Interpersonal Skills: Collaborative and able to work effectively with diverse teams and individuals.
