We are looking for a Senior Learning and Development Specialist for our Global HR team, responsible for SEA regions with key responsibilities to: Understand the business and organization strategies, define the talent challenges and apply to talent program's design. Responsible for global talent programs design and delivery for MY and SGP sites. Engage with local senior leaders and HR teams to build trusted partnership. Measure the effectiveness and optimize the program design. Develop, cultivate and awards internal trainers. Develop external talent agencies and co-create with agency on program and content design. Qualificaitions At least 3 years' experience on learning and talent development profession within the industry, with a strong passion on talent and learning programs to support and offer employees grow and career development. Customer centric, proven ability of project management including design, planning, implementation and review. Good at facilitation. Excellent collaboration skills in cross-functions/global regions to drive projects delivery. Effectively communication capability to engage with senior leaders to get alignment.
