We are looking for a dynamic, energetic Prot g with a passion for Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) and a strong background in Information Technology / Information Systems to join our QHSE Division. This role focuses on back-end support for our HSE operations, including maintaining and ensuring the smooth running of our HSE digital systems, supporting software-related projects and assisting in the ongoing digitalization of HSE processes. You will be involved in managing HSE-related data, ensuring system accuracy and availability, troubleshooting issues and generating data insights to support reporting and decision-making. We welcome fresh graduates who have a high interest in combining IT skills with HSE operations to enhance efficiency, compliance, and safety performance. We are immediately hiring for VTS Prot g (Trainee) - Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) as early as August 2025. Job Responsibilities: - HSE documentation: Assist in reviewing, updating, and maintaining HSE-related documents in HSE System (i.e.: HSE Data, Nest, Synergi Life and e-PTW) to ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies. Data analysis: Support data collection and analysis trending related to HSE performance, help identify trends and areas of improvement, and assist in preparing HSE performance reports; Compliance support: Assist in monitoring compliance with relevant HSE regulations, standards, and internal policies. Support the implementation of the HSE program and ensure the evidence is recorded in the HSE System: Collaboration and teamwork: Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to support HSE initiatives and share best practices. Participate in projects to enhance processes, systems, and overall HSE performance; and HSE administration: provide general administrative support to the HSE corporate team, including scheduling meetings, preparing meeting agendas and minutes, maintaining department records, and coordinating document control processes. Support the tracking of key account activities, client satisfaction metrics, and commercial pipeline updates. Minimum Requirements: - Fresh graduate with Bachelor Degree in Information Technology / Information Science or related fields with strong HSE interest).
