Operations Manager

• Working Location: Johor Bahru
• Working Hours: 5 days (Monday - Friday 8.30AM - 6PM)
• Salary Package: Basic Salary up to $10,000 + AWS + Variable Bonus
• Duration: Permanent

• Oversee daily operations for the production and delivery of precast concrete products.
• Manage and coordinate all manufacturing activities to ensure timely, efficient, and cost-effective production.
• Ensure adherence to quality standards, safety regulations, and company policies at all stages of the production process.
• Lead, coach, and develop a team of supervisors, technicians, and operational staff.
• Plan and optimize resource allocation, including workforce, equipment, and raw materials.
• Monitor and analyze production data to identify areas for process improvement and cost savings.
• Collaborate closely with sales, logistics, and technical teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment and customer satisfaction.
• Implement and maintain preventive maintenance schedules for equipment and facilities.
• Identify and troubleshoot operational issues, taking corrective actions promptly.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives in workflow, productivity, and workplace safety.
• Prepare and manage operational budgets, reports, and performance metrics.

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in operations management, preferably in building materials and manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of precast concrete production is an advantage.
• Strong understanding of HSE standards and quality assurance systems
