Ready to make your mark Apply now. Key Responsibilities Publish and create web pages within our client's CMS (Drupal 10), ensuring accuracy, brand alignment, and responsiveness. Collaborate with our client's internal stakeholders to manage and execute publication requests in a timely manner. Apply brand, accessibility, and SEO guidelines during the publishing process. Maintain consistency in website layout, design, and structure across all pages. Review publication requests to ensure compliance with content, UX, SEO, and accessibility guidelines. Validate links, media assets, and page formatting before going live. Provide feedback to contributors to improve content quality and adherence to standards. Identify and troubleshoot website issues in coordination with the client's technical team. Work closely with the client's SEO, Analytics, and Localisation teams to ensure pages are optimised and compliant. Coordinate with the client's internal stakeholders (Marketing, product teams, and content owners) for web publishing needs. Work closely with Governance to ensure the web publishing process is up to standard and adhere to the official contribution guidelines. Assist in monitoring ticket requests from stakeholders during publication validation phases to meet the SLA period. Brainstorm ideas to improve web publishing workflows with the team. Key Requirements Bachelor's degree in Web Design, Communications, Marketing, Information Technology, or related field. Minimum 4 years of experience as a Web Content Specialist. Strong written and verbal communication in English. Hands-on experience with Content Management Systems (preferably Drupal). Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS and understanding of web standards. Familiarity with SEO basics, accessibility principles, and brand compliance. Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
