- Providing a comprehensive HR operations support to the HR team, including providing on the ground support and logistics for regional/local initiatives and activations
- Lead and manage Workday (HRIS) processes for Malaysia, ensuring the accuracy of the data and completing required tasks in a timely manner
- First line of support for HR related queries from employees
- Handling any other related HR projects
- Stay close to ground, acting as a channel for employee feedback
- Recent grad, or 1-2 years of work experience in Human Resources including internship experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
- Strong communication skills and collaboration skills
- Ability to efficiently multi-task and be self-motivated while working with others
- Know how to lead, set priorities and deliver what you commit to
- You are English proficient (written and spoken)
- Legally eligible to work in Malaysia
