- Drive branch sales for investment, deposit, loan, and insurance products.
- Grow and manage client portfolios with investible assets below private banking thresholds.
- Ensure team compliance with regulatory standards and licensing requirements.
- Support marketing campaigns and client engagement initiatives.
- Refer clients to other banking segments as needed.
- Minimize operational risks and ensure high service standards.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or related field.
- FIMM license required.
- Strong leadership, sales, and client relationship management skills.
- Knowledge of consumer banking products and regulatory frameworks.
