Job Responsibility Job Summary & Description As a Digital Account Executive, you serve as the communication bridge and project driver between internal teams and clients. You are responsible for managing digital-first campaigns and client accounts from planning to execution. You will collaborate with Marketing Strategists, Creative Teams, and clients to ensure campaigns are aligned with brand goals, creatively driven, and delivered on time. You must understand how timelines, creative outputs, and campaign goals align. You thrive in fast-paced environments and have a passion for storytelling, digital marketing, and building trusted client relationships. This role reports to the Strategy & Delivery Lead and collaborates closely with Content Strategists, Designers, Editors, and other key stakeholders. Key Responsibilities1. Client Communication & Coordination Act as the main day-to-day contact for clients Relay feedback, clarify expectations, and provide progress updates Manage revisions and maintain professional communication Project Timeline & Task Management Translate campaign plans into clear project timelines Assign tasks to internal teams and monitor progress Track milestones, flag risks, and escalate issues if necessary Ensure all creative assets are delivered on time and in the correct format Briefing & Flow Alignment Align with Content Strategists on campaign objectives and direction Prepare and communicate clear creative briefs to production teams Participate in internal briefing sessions to ensure alignment Internal Workflow Management Maintain task boards and track deliverables Coordinate with the Digital Campaign Coordinator for scheduling Oversee version control and approval file routing Client Delivery & Follow-Up Package and send final deliverables to clients Consolidate feedback and align on next steps Record post-delivery notes and support campaign wrap-up or light reporting Performance & Upselling Support Help analyze post-campaign KPIs and performance data Provide insights and recommendations for improvement Identify upsell or cross-sell opportunities in line with client goals Job Requirements Job RequirementsEducation & Experience Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Digital Media, or equivalent 1 3 years of experience in account servicing, digital marketing, or project coordination (agency experience is a plus) Proficient in both English and Mandarin Skills & Competencies Strong communicator: clear, professional, and proactive Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple workflows Solution-oriented and able to anticipate issues Detail-focused and committed to high-quality delivery Effective collaborator across roles and departments Familiarity with digital marketing and content creation workflows Proficient in tools like Notion, Google Workspace, etc. Job Benefits Up to RM 5k Business Nature: Marketing Agency Location: PJ Show more Show less
