Focusing on Customer Service, Returns, Refunds, and Seller Operations, you will spearhead cross-functional strategic business endeavours, overseeing every facet of project planning and execution, all while guaranteeing exceptional results for our customers, external partners and internal teams. Job Description Strategy & Operations: Formulate and craft strategic business initiatives that harmonise user experience with cost-effectiveness. Project Management: Methodically plan, execute, and monitor project milestones across all workstreams, ensuring the realisation of targeted business outcomes. Stakeholder Engagement: Serve as the pivotal liaison for all project-related communications, adeptly managing relationships with both internal and external stakeholders. Requirements Bachelor&aposs degree from a top-tier university is required. Management consulting and/or project management in eCommerce is preferred PMP/Agile/Scrum Master certification is preferred. Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills. Solid data analysis skills and a high level of proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
