Drive sales of irrigation products with a focus on agriculture and key non-golf markets, achieving targets through proactive pipeline development. Job Responsibilities Initiate, promote, and develop sales opportunities for assigned products and market segments to achieve business growth targets as outlined in the Company's sales and income budget. Prepare detailed sales plans and secure orders for the Company's products, solutions, and services to meet assigned sales and revenue targets. Identify and establish new customers and business opportunities to drive successful market penetration. Plan and conduct technical seminars and product/solution demonstrations for prospective customers with professionalism and high-quality standards. Conduct regular customer visits to build and maintain strong, long-term relationships; stay attentive to customer needs, market trends, and competitor product launches. Provide timely updates to the Sales Manager and General Manager to inform counter-strategy development. Prepare product and project costings, and develop accurate quotations for customers. Handle customer complaints and enquiries promptly with professionalism and integrity. Submit periodic sales reports and activity plans, including updated order closing dates, to the Sales Manager and copy the General Manager; regularly report any issues encountered, including updates via the CRM system (C4C). Attend project site meetings as required to ensure smooth handover and project execution. Build and maintain strong relationships with principals by providing regular feedback and sharing local market insights and needs. Update and maintain accurate data in SAP and CRM (C4C) systems for effective opportunity management. Monitor all sales collections to ensure payments are received within the credit terms granted by the Company Job Qualifications Bachelor&aposs degree in Agriculture, Engineering, or a related field. At least 3 years of experience in a sales position, preferably in the agricultural or engineering sectors. Familiarity with irrigation systems is an added advantage. Experience in managing projects, especially in agriculture or engineering, is a plus. Strong independent work ethic and the ability to handle tasks with minimal supervision.
