Job Description: Monitor and ensure the company's adherence to regulatory requirements from Bank Negara Malaysia (BNM), Securities Commission Malaysia (SC), Bursa Malaysia, FIMM, and other relevant authorities. Review, implement, and update internal policies, procedures, and controls to meet compliance and risk management standards. Identify, assess, monitor, and report business risks, ensuring mitigation measures and maintaining the risk register. Prepare and submit regulatory reports, filings, and documentation in a timely manner. Monitor regulatory and market changes, advise departments on compliance/risk issues, and support audits or inspections. Promote a strong compliance and risk culture through training, awareness, and monitoring of company activities.
