
Corporate Sales Executive

- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the corporate and HR training sector
- Pitch and present in-house and public training programs to HR and L&D decision-makers
- Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing and post-sales relationship
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and negotiate contracts based on client needs
- Maintain strong client relationships and ensure repeat business
- Collaborate with trainers and program managers to align sales with program offerings
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs
- Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B or corporate sales (preferably in training, HR solutions, or professional services)
- Minimum Diploma in Business, Marketing, Human Resources, or related discipline
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated, independent, and target-oriented
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Own transport is an added advantage (for client meetings)
