Develop operational plans, policies, procedure and requirements for a stock trading/mutual funds subscription platform.
Lead and optimize day-to-day operations for a leading stock trading/ mutual funds subscription digital-only platform to ensure efficiency and effectiveness in trade execution, settlement, and customer support.
Identify and implement operational enhancements to streamline workflows, reduce risks, and enhance overall operational performance.
Ensure strict adherence to financial regulations and work closely with legal and compliance teams to maintain compliance in all operational activities.
Develop and implement robust risk management protocols to safeguard the company's interests and maintain operational resilience.
Build and lead a high-performing operations team, fostering a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and commitment to operational excellence

RequirementsA candidate must possess any of the following experience:

Employed at a senior management position for a minimum of two years by a CMSL holder carrying in dealing in securities;
Relevant work experience for a minimum of five years at level of middle management of an institution in the capital market; or
Previously a participant of a recognized exchange
