Job Responsibilities Lead and oversee all electrical engineering activities for upstream Oil & Gas projects, including design, development, installation, and maintenance of electrical systems and equipment. Ensure electrical systems comply with industry standards, project requirements, and safety regulations. Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to deliver project goals within time and budget constraints. Provide technical expertise in electrical systems, including power distribution, motor control, lighting, grounding, and hazardous area classification. Implement and support Asset Management and Reliability Programs related to electrical systems, including SCE, PS, ECA, FMEA, BAM, and ERS. Conduct risk assessments, failure analysis, and electrical reliability studies to improve performance and reduce downtime. Support the preparation and review of electrical engineering documents, drawings, and specifications to ensure accuracy and compliance. Ensure all activities comply with HSE standards and project-specific safety requirements. Perform offshore assignments when required, ensuring safe and effective execution of electrical engineering tasks. Job Qualifications And Requirements Bachelor&aposs degree in Electrical Engineering. Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in the Oil & Gas upstream sector, with at least 4 years in a senior electrical engineering role. In-depth knowledge of upstream oil & gas processes, electrical maintenance, and operations. Experience with Asset and Reliability Management systems, including SCE, PS, ECA, FMEA, BAM, and ERS.
