Develop and implement digital marketing campaigns (E-newsletter) to drive traffic, increase conversion rates, and maximize revenue. Monitor website performance, analyze user behavior, and identify areas for improvement to enhance the online shopping experience. Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging content, including product descriptions, images, and videos, to optimize product visibility and drive sales. Being responsible of daily, weekly, and/or monthly reporting and to support the Manager, E-Commerce in data analysis and forecasting. Utilize analytics tools to track key performance metrics, generate reports, and provide insights to inform decision-making. Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in e-commerce to identify new opportunities for growth. Implement strategies to optimize search engine visibility, improve website rankings, and drive organic traffic. Manage relationships with third-party vendors, agencies, and service providers to support e-commerce operations and initiatives. Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on e-commerce performance, KPIs, and initiatives. Supporting the last mile processes (end to end Operations, Fulfilment & Customer Service) to ensure the success of order processing, on-time delivery and returns.
