Job Responsibility Conduct outbound calls to potential customers in Mandarin to promote our products and services Build and maintain strong customer relationships through effective communication and negotiation skills Handle objections and overcome challenges to successfully close sales Utilize product knowledge and sales techniques to meet and exceed sales targets Collaborate with the sales team to drive overall business growth Job Requirements Fluent in Mandarin with excellent communication skills 1-3 years of experience in telesales or a similar role Previous experience in telesales or customer service roles preferred Strong sales skills and ability to meet sales targets Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong organizational and time management skills Knowledge of sales techniques and strategies Proficiency in Microsoft Office and RM software Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if required High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in sales or customer service is a plus.
