- As part of the Bank 5 year plan of being the best run bank, leverage the merchant business to drive deeper relationship with the SME segment including deposits, FX and other BCB and retail bank products.
- Build and drive a best in class sales solution team to build and deepen the relationship of existing SME business as well as to drive new to bank SME customers via the merchant acquiring business
- Over time, build a merchant acquiring business that is entrenched within the local community.
- To drive the development of the of the most comprehensive merchant acquiring business that will support the SME segment in growing their business including driving sales/business in partnership with the other lines of business
- To support the building out of B2B2C ecosystem for delivery, and embedded banking with partners;
- Grow the merchant acquiring business as one of the main touch points for all bank payments including card, e wallets and P to P payments.
- Malaysia citizen
- At least 5 years of experience in general management and heading departments/functional units
- At least 10 years of experience in banking or financial industry
- Strong track record in spearheading and executing initiatives and concepts
