- Collaborate with the Director of Sales and Marketing to develop the annual Business Plan, Hotel Budget and Marketing Plan.
- Cultivate strong client relationships through attention to detail, promptly follow up, and demonstrating empathy for customer perceptions and needs while maintaining professionalism.
- Generate periodic sales reports that highlight sales volume, potential sales, and proposed client base expansion areas.
- Foster effective communication and teamwork across departments.
- Engage in prospecting activities, manage incoming leads, and successfully close sales.
- Facilitate clients familiarization with hotel facilities.
- Minimum of 2 years sales experience within a multinational organization, with a proven track record in sales.
- Proficiency in preparing RFP's (Request for Proposal), MICE and group contracts/ B2B contracting.
- Self- driven and motivated individual with excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills.
- Strong influencing abilities and adeptness in handling internal and external customers, some of whom may require high levels of patience, tact, and diplomacy.
- A collaborative team player who thrives under pressure and meets tight deadlines.
- Demonstrates a high level of integrity and respect for others.
- Familiarity with Opera systems is advantageous.
