Job Responsibilities:· Establish, implementation, operation and maintenance of Quality Management System in compliance with ISO 9001.· Monitor and control the distribution of all the quality documentation of the projects.· Develop and implement QA quality programs and quality plans in accordance with the project requirements.· Plan, prepare and implement QA/QC program as per project requirements and guide project team to ensure full compliance.· Conduct audits and inspections to perform all internal and external audits to ensure full compliance to the quality system of the project.· Conduct to perform field surveillance and conduct regular quality audit to ensure full compliance.· Meeting and liaising with client and sub-contractors to prepare QA/QC work procedures, Inspection, and inspection plans.· Plan and execute inspections plan in a timely manner to ensure construction quality is in accordance with the quality plan.· Lead, manage and mentor the subcontractor’s quality team members.· Manage Subcontractor’s QA/QC program to ensure it meets contract requirements and all local and federal codes.· Record observations from job site inspections and complete inspection reports.· Any other duties as assigned but not limited to the above.Job Requirements:· Degree holder in Engineering or equivalent qualifications.· Minimum 5 yeas experience in QA/QC in Construction.· Sound knowledge and experience in ISO Quality Management System· Strong analytical and technical troubleshooting skills· Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin, English as these are the language used in the construction site.· Self-motivated, well organized and proactive.· Good analytical & statistical skills.· Good problem-solving and communication skills.· Excellent project management, communication, and critical thinking skills.· Ability to work under pressure and under tight schedule.· Initiative-taking attitude with the ability to multitask and thrive in a timeline-driven environment· Interpersonal communication skills with expertise in distilling complicated topics to a broader audience· Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
