- Supervise all CT operations during the well intervention phase on the drillship/semi-sub.
- Implement well programs and risk assessments, ensuring adherence to company HSE policies.
- Coordinate with Completion Engineers, Service Company Engineers, and Drilling Supervisors for pre-job planning.
- Manage CT rig-up/rig-down, surface pressure control, and BOP stack interface.
- Oversee equipment such as injector heads, reel units, spooling, and pressure control systems
- Supervise nitrification, acid stimulation, and fishing operations as needed.
- Maintain inventory and records for CT strings, downhole tools, and hydraulic systems.
- Mentor coiled tubing operators and junior team members.
- Ensure accurate reporting of job logs, KPIs, operational delays, and lessons learned.
- Liaise with OEMs and third-party vendors for tools, additives, and emergency support.
- 5-7 years' experience in offshore CT operations, including minimum 2 years in a supervisory role on deepwater wells.
- Expertise in through-tubing fishing, cement squeezing, high-pressure jetting, and cleanouts.
- IWCF Well Control - Level 4 (Supervisor) certification for Surface & Subsea Stack.
- Must have BOSIET/FOET with CA-EBS, H2S, and valid Offshore Medical (OGUK).
- Knowledge of DNV/ABS-classed drillships and rigless well intervention strategies.
- Familiarity with API 16ST, 6A, and RP 17 standards.
- Strong leadership, communication, and reporting skills.
- Experience in MPD environments and real-time hydraulics modeling software.
- Familiarity with subsea tieback procedures and tree interfacing.
- Background in high-rate gas well operations in carbonate reservoirs.
