Software Engineer IT Technical Documentation

In your new role you will:
- Responsible for the software development in the area of technical documentation throughout the life cycle, from creation, publication, management, and analytics.
- Handle Graph-RAG architecture using the Neo4j graph database.
- Handle LLM and Graph-RAG techniques.
- Contribute to other engineering and innovation topics and coordinate with other IT technical documentation-related application teams, to meet business objectives and optimize development efforts.
- Develop continuous skill improvements and collaboration with more experienced colleagues.
You are best equipped for this task if you have:
- Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering/Information Technology/Computer Science or any equivalent course.
- Knowledge of working in scaled agile frameworks and scrum teams.
- Programming and software development skills such as Java, JavaScript, Python, C++,Spring Framework , Maven, Jenkins and Artifactory o XML, XML catalogues, XSLT, CSS, DTD, ANT script o GIT / GIT Flow o Test management in AzureDevOps/ Jira.
- Desirable skills or knowledge of: o DITA Specification o DITA OpenToolkit o oXygen application framework.
- Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, good time-management, and excellent communication skills.
- Fluent English language skills.
